My Personal Review

The historic 16th century Relais Hotel in Henley is aglow from the recent luxury refurbishment of its new owners. The open reception area exudes a welcome enhanced by the warm greetings from the smiling and attentive staff. A calm and relaxed ambience pervades, much encouraged by the views of the River Thames with its soothing flow, sleek leisure boats, energetic rowers and abundant wildlife. An ideal place for that well-earned rest and a weekend reviver!! Need to relax? Choose from a range of lushly carpeted and comfortable areas, whether to find a quiet space to read a book, sip your tea or savour a glass - or to explore an inspiring selection of offerings in The Quarterdeck Bar, The Deli or The Clipper by Mosimann’s.

At the day’s end meander to your room, all of which are individually styled, well-appointed and with gleaming en-suite fittings. Gaze at the river softly bathed in the moonlight….. the perfect way to be lulled into that well-earned slumber.
